Terms & Conditions

Tom Fell Studio produces a limited number of hand-forged furniture pieces each year. All works are made to order or adapted from existing designs.

1. Enquiries & Quotations

All enquiries are treated as expressions of interest. Quotations are provided based on the scope discussed and remain valid for 30 days.

2. Commission Process

Commissions typically follow a structured process:

• Initial discussion

• Design confirmation (including dimensions and finish)

• Production

• Delivery

Any changes after confirmation may affect cost and lead time.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are provided on enquiry.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a production slot.
The remaining balance is payable prior to dispatch.

Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.

4. Lead Times

Lead times are indicative and will be confirmed at the time of order.
Delays may occur due to material availability or workshop scheduling, but will be communicated clearly.

5. Bespoke Work

All pieces are made to order. Variations in finish, tone, and minor detail are inherent to hand-forged work and form part of the character of the piece.

6. Ownership

All designs remain the intellectual property of Tom Fell Studio.
The studio reserves the right to photograph and document completed works.

​

7. Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the commissioned piece.
The studio is not responsible for misuse, improper installation, or environmental damage after delivery.
