TERMS & CONDITIONS
All of my ironwork is made to the highest possible standard. Everything I sell is made by hand by me personally and therefore I am able to check the quality of everything before it leaves my workshop.
As with any handmade item, individual marks left by the forging process are visible and, therefore, a certain level of inconsistency between pieces exists. However, should you be unsatisfied with any aspect of my work, do please get in contact. Photos are a visual representation and some aspects of the item(s) you receive may vary slightly from that displayed.
I always aim to ensure that all my customers are satisfied, whatever the outcome, and to date this remains the case.
I aim to offer items 'In Stock' where possible, and when this is the case, 'In Stock' items will be packaged and sent out within the next two working days. In cases where a product is out of stock, it will be made to order unless specified otherwise. Please allow 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri) for me to hand make your items. During busy periods this may be longer, in which case I will be in touch directly once I have received your order informing you of any expected delay. Every effort will be made by me to make the products within 5-10 working days from order. Large orders, or orders involving custom sizes may take longer.
Orders of custom products such as curtain poles cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
