Due to the bespoke nature of the work, all sales are final.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to the start of production.
Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

Returns

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event of damage during delivery, the studio will work with the client to repair or resolve the issue appropriately.
