DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders made on products listed as 'In Stock' will be packaged up and sent within the next two working days. Out of stock items will take longer to make. Please see individual listing for details of availability.

 

UK Postage:

I offer FREE POSTAGE on most of my items. All items are sent via second class mail, where possible, to ensure the cost is kept to a minimum. For larger orders I use ParcelForce express48, which is a tracked service and you will be supplied with a tracking number upon request.

International Shipping:

Most orders are sent via the Royal Mail International Standard service, which aims for delivery within 5-7 days. Larger orders are sent via Parcel Force Global Value which states delivery between 5-8 days. Both these services are UNTRACKED. In my experience, during busy periods (esp. Christmas) these services tend to be delayed so please bear this in mind when ordering and leave plenty of time.

In some case multiple items will be split into multiple packages and sent as a single consignment.

I am happy to accommodate faster delivery requirements should you wish, but please get in touch about this BEFORE placing your order. Please note that this would affect the listed price for delivery. Alternatively, if you would like to make your own shipping arrangements then, again, get in touch before ordering.

All items are extremely well packaged and secure. In the most part they are unmarked, except for a return address which bears my company logo.
